Safe and Healthy Cooking

A learning and evaluation situation which includes a teacher’s guide, grading rubric, and student resources in both English and in French.

Pedagogical intention:

Students will recognize the specifics features characteristics and the complexity of the job of a cook’s helper and will complete a number of activities with the goal of preparing healthy salads filled with fruits and vegetables for the staff of the school.
