Parks Canada presents: Green Gables

A network activity carried out in collaboration with Parks Canada: Green Gables. The intended audience is Elementary Cycle 3 (Grades 5-6).

This interclass activity focuses on the famous house of green gables in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island, to explore the imaginary world of the no less famous Anne Shirley.

This house and its surroundings were the inspiration for Lucy Maud Montgomery, the author of the novel “Anne of Green Gables”.

This interclass activity lasts 30 minutes, followed by a 15-minute question period.
